- Create transparency protocols for explainable AI (XAI) implementations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, or Ethics with AI specialization
- 3+ years developing ethical AI frameworks or bias mitigation systems
- Expertise in fairness metrics (e.g., disparate impact ratio, equal opportunity difference)
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch) for ethical audits
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with quantum computing ethics or post-quantum cryptography
