Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with global regulatory standards

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethics
- Deep understanding of ML fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Proven track record in developing organizational ethics policies
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics
- Experience with ethical AI toolkits (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
