Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for AGI and neural-interface technologies
- Lead cross-functional ethics audits for autonomous systems and predictive analytics platforms
- Develop regulatory compliance strategies for quantum AI deployments across 15+ jurisdictions
- Chair the Human-AI Coexistence Task Force, establishing protocols for emergent consciousness
- Create transparency dashboards for neural network decision-making processes
- Advocate for ethical AI standards at global tech policy summits
- Mentor junior ethicists in emerging paradigms of machine morality
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Technology Policy with 5+ years in AI governance
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling ethics programs for LLMs or autonomous systems
- Published research on machine consciousness or moral alignment algorithms
- Certification in Quantum Computing Ethics (QCE) or equivalent
- Experience working with neurotech and brain-computer interface teams
