Responsibilities

- Establish industry-wide benchmarks for responsible AI deployment
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and regulatory discussions
- Mentor junior engineers on ethical AI implementation best practices
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership roles
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record of implementing bias mitigation techniques in production AI systems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethics concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published research in AI ethics or related journals preferred
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI) strongly preferred
