Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics policies and governance frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI algorithms for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for ethical AI implementation
- Drive regulatory compliance strategies for emerging AI legislation
- Design scalable AI ethics training programs for technical teams
- Conduct risk assessments for high-stakes AI deployment scenarios
- Represent Nexus Futura in industry ethics coalitions and policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field
- 7+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech leadership
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and evolving AI regulatory landscapes
- Proven experience implementing bias detection and mitigation frameworks
- Strong background in stakeholder management across technical/non-technical domains
- Published work on AI ethics or governance preferred
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance (e.g., CIPM, CDPSE)
