Responsibilities
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in healthcare, finance, and critical infrastructure
- Lead algorithmic bias audits and mitigation strategies for large-scale neural networks
- Develop real-time monitoring systems for AI decision explainability and accountability
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to establish ethical protocols for hybrid AI-quantum systems
- Train cross-functional teams on responsible AI deployment practices
- Advise on international AI policy developments and regulatory compliance
- Author white papers on emerging ethical challenges in generative AI
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or Juris Doctor with AI specialization
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, algorithmic auditing, or ethics compliance
- Expertise in implementing EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and other evolving frameworks
- Published research on bias mitigation or explainable AI techniques
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy protocols
- Deep understanding of existential risk assessment methodologies
- Strong programming skills in Python with ML frameworks
