Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics policies for 2026 product launches
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments on machine learning models
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption
- Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving AI regulations
- Establish monitoring frameworks for AI system transparency and accountability
- Drive industry thought leadership through whitepapers and conference presentations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI ethics, governance, or regulatory compliance
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI governance frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field
- Proven experience building ethical AI review processes
- Strong background in cross-functional stakeholder management
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CAG, CEGAI) preferred
- Experience with generative AI risk assessment methodologies
