Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for quantum/neural systems

- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with research and engineering teams
- Produce ethics impact assessments for emerging technologies (2026-2030)
- Advocate for ethical AI standards in industry coalitions and regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior researchers on responsible innovation principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or tech ethics
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging frameworks
- Experience with quantum/neural interface ethical challenges
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, BSI)
- Strong background in policy development and stakeholder communication
- Published work on AI ethics or technology ethics (preferred)
