Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-scale AI governance frameworks
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for machine learning systems
- Strong background in regulatory compliance (GDPR, EU AI Act, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals or conferences
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy techniques
