Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 5+ years in AI ethics, data governance, or responsible technology roles
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Proven experience developing organizational AI ethics policies and governance frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Familiarity with global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess ethical implications of technical decisions
