Responsibilities

- Collaborate with policymakers on 2026 regulatory standards for AI deployment
- Create explainability protocols for complex neural network decision-making
- Lead cross-functional ethics reviews for high-stakes AI applications
- Pioneer new methodologies for quantifying algorithmic accountability
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years developing ethical AI frameworks in regulated industries
- Expertise in fairness metrics (disparate impact, equal opportunity)
- Experience with adversarial testing of autonomous systems
- Published research on algorithmic accountability or bias mitigation
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing tool development
- Deep understanding of global AI governance landscape (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Track record of influencing policy through technical advocacy
