Responsibilities

- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Develop corporate AI governance policies aligned with emerging regulations
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams on ethical AI principles
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and quantum computing
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI lifecycle
- Represent the company at global AI ethics forums and standards bodies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, bias mitigation, or responsible tech
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or explainable AI (XAI)
- Proficiency with Python and ML frameworks for bias detection
- Deep understanding of GDPR, AI Act, and evolving US AI regulations
- Experience conducting ethics reviews for deployed AI systems
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
