Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct risk assessments for emerging AI technologies including generative models

- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI deployment
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and adapt strategies proactively
- Author thought leadership on AI ethics for industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, tech ethics, or responsible innovation
- Expertise in bias/fairness assessment methodologies
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving regulations
- Experience with ML model auditing and explainability techniques
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable policies
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
