Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years specializing in AI/ML implementation
- Expertise in quantum computing fundamentals or generative AI frameworks (GPT-4, Llama 3)
- Proven track record of launching commercial AI products with $10M+ revenue impact
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Strong background in neural network optimization and distributed computing
- Certification in AWS/Azure AI architecture or equivalent
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
