Responsibilities
- Design ethical governance frameworks for next-gen AI systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of autonomous decision algorithms
- Develop predictive models for AI societal impact scenarios

- Quantify ethical risks in quantum computing applications
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Cognitive Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance or tech ethics leadership
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 compliance frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum computing ethics
- Experience with UN AI advisory bodies or similar
- Fluency in predictive modeling tools (Python/R)
