As part of our elite Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to define the next generation of digital experiences. You'll shape product roadmaps, secure emerging technology patents, and lead cross-functional initiatives that position Nexus as an industry pioneer.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology strategy integrating AI, blockchain, and quantum computing innovations
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen digital solutions
- Identify and secure partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Develop IP portfolios for proprietary future-facing technologies
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends to preempt market disruption opportunities
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, AI development, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 enterprise-level AI products
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or Web3 ecosystems
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in AI/future technology domains
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
