Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 5-year technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technological disruption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards
- Drive innovation through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and ecosystem engagement
- Establish KPIs for technological adoption and innovation ROI
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Expertise in at least two exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional data-driven decision-making and analytical skills
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience building and scaling tech innovation programs
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy
