Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI roadmaps aligning with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI frameworks for next-gen applications
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, etc.)
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on experimental AI projects
- Author white papers on AI's societal impact for industry thought leadership
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning/AI or equivalent experience with 10+ years in AI development
- Proven track record of deploying production-scale AI systems in regulated industries
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and causal inference
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Experience with MLOps stack (Kubernetes, Kubeflow, MLflow)
- Strong understanding of AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills bridging technical and executive audiences
