Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year AI roadmaps aligning with societal and technological megatrends
- Lead quantum-AI hybrid system prototyping using next-gen computing architectures
- Partner with UN agencies to design ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026+
- Architect neural-symbolic AI models for complex decision-making systems
- Drive cross-disciplinary research initiatives in bio-AI convergence
- Present strategic visions at Davos and global technology summits
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging AI paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 8+ years in advanced ML research
- Published work in Nature/Science on AI ethics or explainability
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and neuromorphic chips
- Experience designing AI systems for autonomous space habitats
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough AI technologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and neuromorphic programming
- Security clearance for classified national AI initiatives preferred
