Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams to pilot future-focused initiatives and prototypes
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks to anticipate industry disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology implementation
- Foster innovation ecosystems through partnerships with research institutions and startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology verticals (AI, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards of directors
