Responsibilities
- Lead 2026 technology foresight initiatives identifying AI, quantum, and biotech convergence points
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Architect Horizon's 10-year innovation roadmap with measurable impact metrics
- Manage cross-functional R&D teams prototyping next-gen human augmentation interfaces
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Curate annual 'FutureTech Summit' featuring global thought leaders
- Secure $20M+ in government innovation grants and corporate partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or Future Studies with 8+ years applied experience
- Published research in top-tier AI journals or conference proceedings
- Proven track record of launching at least two AI-driven products/services
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and generative adversarial networks
- Experience with UN/ISO technology governance frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating ethical AI impact assessment methodology
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for classified innovation projects
