- Lead research initiatives into post-quantum cryptography and neuromorphic computing paradigms.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance across hybrid quantum-classical environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in quantum algorithms or AI.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Qiskit or Cirq.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their quantum implementations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and quantum hardware access.
