Responsibilities
- Architect AI roadmaps for 2026+ implementation, focusing on quantum-integrated neural networks
- Lead cross-functional teams developing autonomous systems with ethical guardrails
- Partner with academic institutions to publish breakthrough research in AI ethics and explainability
- Design human-AI collaboration frameworks for enterprise and societal adoption
- Drive strategic partnerships with quantum computing and biotech innovators
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging disruptive technologies
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in AI, Cognitive Science, or Futuristics (15+ years experience without PhD)
- Proven track record deploying production AI systems at scale
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and neural-symbolic integration
- Published research in top-tier AI/ethics journals or conferences
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
