Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Strategic Planning: Lead the definition of the 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging technology trends.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and optimization of large language models (LLMs) and computer vision systems.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), distributed computing, and cloud platforms.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
