Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI strategy roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with global market trends and technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams of AI researchers, engineers, and business strategists in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum AI applications
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders in AI and quantum computing
- Present disruptive innovation concepts to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting AI deployment and policy development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching AI products generating $50M+ revenue
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field (or equivalent industry disruption)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or generative AI
- Published thought leadership in top-tier AI journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience building AI ethics committees and responsible AI frameworks
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
