Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead fault-tolerant quantum system implementations

- Mentor junior quantum engineers and researchers

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture design
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems and quantum error correction
- Published research in Nature/Science/Physical Review journals
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware systems
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
- Demonstrated ability to lead quantum research initiatives
