Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic tech leadership at FAANG or similar
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or neuro-symbolic systems
- Expertise in quantum computing fundamentals and neural-symbolic integration
- Proven track record securing federal/state innovation grants
- Deep understanding of global AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, etc.)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
