Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, and decentralized networks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product specifications
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging AI paradigms (AGI, synthetic consciousness, etc.)
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems operating in 2026+ environments
- Produce strategic whitepapers on AI's societal impact for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with government agencies on regulatory sandboxes for next-gen AI
- Mentor junior researchers in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurism with 5+ years in AI research
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI/ethics journals (NeurIPS, Nature AI)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuro-symbolic integration
- Deep understanding of AGI safety protocols and long-term AI alignment
- Experience with scenario planning tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi methods)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future technology roadmaps implemented at scale
- Strong background in AI ethics and regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
