- Drive cross-functional R&D projects spanning machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 5+ years of industry experience or equivalent breakthrough innovations
- Proven track record of developing production-scale AI systems with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and generative adversarial networks
- Exceptional strategic thinking with demonstrated ability to anticipate tech evolution 3-5 years forward
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) or equivalent industry contributions
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act)
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive and technical audiences
