Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable, robust AI architectures using state-of-the-art deep learning frameworks.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives in Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Computer Vision to drive product innovation.
- Model Optimization: Optimize complex models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in production environments.
- MLOps Implementation: Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models, ensuring seamless deployment and monitoring.
- Strategic Vision: Collaborate with C-level executives to define the long-term AI roadmap and technical strategy.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in building and deploying AI models in production, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, AWS SageMaker).
- Cloud Expertise: Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed computing systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and iterate rapidly.
