Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of hybrid AI and quantum computing solutions designed for scalability in 2026 and beyond.
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural strategies for integrating neural networks with quantum algorithms.
- Mentor and manage a team of high-performing software engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into robust technical specifications.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance across distributed cloud environments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, conducting POCs on cutting-edge technologies to drive competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
