Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Research: Spearhead long-term research initiatives specifically aligned with our 2026 technological roadmap, focusing on next-gen Neural Networks and NLP.
- Prototype Development: Design, build, and test proof-of-concept models for autonomous agents and adaptive learning systems.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous scientific inquiry.
- System Integration: Collaborate with the engineering team to translate theoretical models into scalable, production-ready software solutions.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish guidelines and frameworks to ensure AI safety, transparency, and bias mitigation in future deployments.
- Publication & IP: Author high-impact research papers and secure patents for novel algorithms and architectures.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Ray).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and align technical research with business objectives and futuristic milestones.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, open-ended technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex research to diverse stakeholders.
