Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for next-generation AI systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI frameworks aligned with 2026 Initiative goals
- Pioneer quantum-entangled machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to develop biologically-inspired neural interfaces
- Author breakthrough research papers for top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Mentor junior researchers and publish 2+ patents annually
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, AI, or Computational Neuroscience (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years of experience developing production-level deep learning systems
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and generative models
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow, CUDA, and distributed computing
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical research into commercial applications
- Strong background in AI ethics and bias mitigation frameworks
- Experience securing federal AI research grants preferred
