Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and audit high-security smart contracts primarily in Solidity and Rust.
- Implement complex DeFi protocols, including DEXs, lending markets, and yield aggregators.
- Optimize gas consumption and transaction throughput for Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks.
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to integrate Web3 wallets and dApp interfaces.
- Conduct rigorous security assessments and implement best practices for vulnerability mitigation.
- Drive technical strategy and mentor junior developers within the engineering squad.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least 2 years dedicated to blockchain/Web3 development.
- Deep expertise in Solidity, Rust, or Vyper with a proven track record of deployed production contracts.
- Strong understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms, cryptographic principles, and distributed systems.
- Experience with testing frameworks (Hardhat, Foundry) and security auditing tools (MythX, Slither).
- Familiarity with React, Next.js, or TypeScript for dApp frontend integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
