Responsibilities
- Lead advanced research in quantum machine learning and neural architecture optimization for 2026-era applications
- Develop novel AI frameworks capable of autonomous adaptation in dynamic environments
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and deploy research innovations
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants through NIH, NSF, and DARPA proposals
- Mentor PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers in emerging AI paradigms
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 deployment standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years of research experience in deep learning, reinforcement learning, or generative AI
