Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for next-generation autonomous systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on federally funded AI ethics projects
- Develop patentable algorithms for predictive behavioral modeling
- Mentor PhD candidates in our 2026 Fellowship Program
- Publish findings in Nature AI and IEEE Transactions on AI
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics with focus on AI/ML
- 5+ years of research experience in neural networks or quantum computing
- Published papers at NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent tier-1 conferences
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong background in computational theory and algorithmic complexity
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
