Responsibilities
- Lead research in quantum machine learning architectures for 2026-era applications
- Design and implement novel neural network models with 10x current efficiency
- Develop ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Mentor a team of postdoctoral researchers and PhD candidates
- Secure $5M+ in government/private research grants
- Partner with NASA, WHO, and MIT on cross-disciplinary projects
- Patent at least 3 transformative AI algorithms annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (2018-2023)
- 5+ years of experience in deep learning research with TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier AI/quantum journals
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms (Q#, IBM Qiskit)
- Proven track record of securing government research grants
- Proficiency in high-performance computing (HPC) environments
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks
- Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts to executive stakeholders
