Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year AI roadmaps aligning with 2026 technological forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing responsible AI frameworks across enterprise operations
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum computing and neuromorphic research institutions
- Architect AI governance protocols ensuring compliance with evolving global regulations
- Drive adoption of explainable AI (XAI) methodologies in high-stakes decision systems
- Present AI strategy to C-suite and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Establish industry benchmarks for AI ethics and sustainability metrics
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Published research in AI ethics, quantum machine learning, or neuro-symbolic systems
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy implementations
- Strong background in stakeholder management across technical and non-technical domains
