Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in executive strategy or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives in regulated industries (healthcare, finance)
- Expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and quantum computing intersections
- Published research or patents in AI ethics, explainable AI, or federated learning
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field with PhD preferred
