Responsibilities
- Define and evangelize the technical vision for the 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance distributed systems for next-gen AI workloads.
- Lead architecture reviews and technical decision-making for cross-functional engineering teams.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate hybrid classical-quantum algorithms.
- Mentor senior engineers and define best practices for code quality and system reliability.
- Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies for long-term projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years leading AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and quantum machine learning libraries.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
