- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and bias mitigation
- Forge strategic partnerships with AI research institutions and industry leaders
- Present AI vision and progress to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation in generative AI, autonomous systems, and human-AI interfaces
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale AI initiatives
- Expertise in transformer architectures, quantum AI, and generative models
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, regulatory compliance, and risk management
- Strong background in tech strategy consulting or R&D leadership
- Published research or patents in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Experience scaling AI teams across multiple international locations
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field
