Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and in-person support
- Manage and maintain company assets including laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Assist with system installations, configurations, and upgrades across Windows/macOS environments
- Document all IT procedures, incidents, and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations
- Conduct regular system audits and implement security best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification required (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS, Active Directory, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests simultaneously
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
