Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI integration, identifying key technologies that will dominate the industry in 2026.
- Research & Development: Monitor global trends in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing to inform product development.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for long-term initiatives.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Collaborate with the recruiting team to identify and attract top-tier talent in niche AI fields.
- Ethical Compliance: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring bias mitigation and data privacy standards are met.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of neural networks, NLP, and large language models (LLMs).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills.
