Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our AI product roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Technology Forecasting: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging AI trends (GenAI, Autonomous Systems) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for major initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Engineering teams to translate strategic goals into actionable development sprints.
- Risk & Ethics Oversight: Establish governance frameworks to ensure AI deployments are ethical, transparent, and compliant with global regulations.
- Market Positioning: Analyze competitive landscapes to position Nexus Horizon Inc. as the market leader in 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, or Strategic Technology roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining product roadmaps and driving innovation cycles.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of machine learning architectures, NLP, and predictive modeling.
