Responsibilities
- Architect scalable AV systems integrating LiDAR, radar, and computer vision technologies
- Design fail-safe redundancy protocols for Level 4 autonomous operations
- Develop simulation environments validating system performance in edge cases
- Lead cross-functional teams in hardware-software co-design iterations
- Research quantum-resistant encryption for secure vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication
- Optimize neural network architectures for real-time decision-making at 99.999% reliability
- Define regulatory compliance frameworks for 2026 autonomous deployment standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in autonomous systems or embedded systems architecture
- Expertise in ROS 2, CUDA, and real-time operating systems
- PhD or equivalent in Robotics, AI, or Systems Engineering
- Published research in IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Vehicles
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with TensorRT/ONNX optimization
- Experience with ISO 26262 ASIL-D safety certification
- Deep understanding of 5G/6G network slicing for vehicle edge computing
- Track record of deploying production-level autonomous systems
