Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with preferred players to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Process player credit applications and comp requests accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with hotel, restaurant, and entertainment departments to fulfill VIP guest requests and ensure seamless service.
- Monitor player activity and adjust service levels to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Represent the Luxor brand with the highest level of professionalism, energy, and hospitality standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify and target new potential players.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in casino host, pit host, or luxury hospitality management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field is preferred.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
