Responsibilities
- Monitor Gaming Tables: Patrol the casino floor to oversee table games, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.
- Assist Dealers: Provide essential support to dealers during busy weekends, including handling chips, credits, and maintaining game flow.
- Guest Safety & Service: Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any on-floor issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Asset Protection: Be vigilant in spotting potential theft or irregularities, reporting them immediately to security management.
- Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized gaming environment, adhering strictly to all Nevada Gaming Control Board regulations.
- Shift Leadership: Assist the Shift Manager in enforcing house rules and managing the flow of the floor during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, gaming, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and walk long distances on uneven surfaces.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and adherence to procedural guidelines.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) and holidays as required.
