Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI architectural vision for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability and ethical compliance.
- Lead the integration of advanced machine learning models with next-generation quantum hardware infrastructure.
- Oversee the design of autonomous decision-making systems for complex global logistics and network management.
- Mentor a world-class team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholdersâincluding product, legal, and UX teamsâto translate technical capabilities into user-centric solutions.
- Establish and maintain the company's standards for AI safety, security, and ethical governance.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed systems architecture.
- Proven track record of leading high-stakes projects from conception to deployment at scale.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive technical direction.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
