Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with business goals, specifically focused on advancements and trends leading up to 2026.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor global technology trends, including generative AI, edge computing, and neural interfaces, to assess potential business applications.
- Architecture Design: Lead the design of scalable, future-proof software and hardware architectures capable of supporting rapid growth and innovation.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of advanced AI and machine learning models into core business processes to drive automation and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Translate complex technical visions into clear, actionable strategies for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee internal innovation labs dedicated to prototyping and testing next-generation technologies.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-forward technologies adhere to global data privacy and security standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles, including CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar strategic positions.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of developing long-term technology strategies and forecasting future industry shifts.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML frameworks, and distributed systems.
- Future-Focused: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological changes and adapt organizational strategy accordingly.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Strong track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
