Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Analyze and troubleshoot basic technical issues related to our software products.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to provide feedback on common user pain points.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients to ensure they understand our platform.
- Monitor ticket queues to ensure all requests are addressed within SLA (Service Level Agreement) guidelines.
- Contribute to team meetings and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
